Poor Farm Conservation Area consists of 52 acres of woodland, fields, and beaver meadows along the Wekepeke Brook, located off North Row Road. A right of way along the edge of a private hayfield leads to the conservation area. Bequeathed by Georgia Drenova upon her passing in 2013. This conservation area is a portion of a nearly 1000 acre assemblage of protected open space within the Wekepeke Basin.

For the ambitious, one can hike from this conservation area westerly to the Allenwood Conservation Area (which has a trailhead on Heywood Rd).
